By creating an account on PropPost Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PropPost Network. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to market properties in a truthful manner, not engage in spam or unethical practices, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned on verified successful referrals that result in closed property deals. Commission rates are displayed in your dashboard and may be adjusted with prior notice. PropPost Network reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or invalid referrals.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by PropPost Network, including property listings, images, videos, and marketing materials, remains our intellectual property. Affiliates may use these materials solely for the purpose of generating referrals.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to manipulate the referral system, share false or misleading information about properties, or engage in any activity that harms the reputation of PropPost Network.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with platform guidelines. Unpaid commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
PropPost Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned by the affiliate in the preceding 12 months.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, followed by mediation in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
